The "Pamakhala BG 2" pose is made out of the single poses "ROQUAI Pam stand 1" (boy) and "ROQUAI Pam lay" (girl). The singles come each in their gender specific set, which also has a pose-HUD included. Set up as the couple seen on the pic above, you'll get it only within the fatpacks.
